Data we collect
Pickly does not require an account and we do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information to our own servers. We operate no backend service for this app.
Data stored on your device
Your lists, spin history, and app preferences are stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device, is not backed up to our servers, and is deleted when you uninstall the app. You can erase it at any time from Settings.
Advertising
The free version of Pickly displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and general usage information in order to serve and measure ads. This processing is carried out by Google, not by us.
You can review how Google uses this data at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and manage or reset your advertising identifier in your Android device settings.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Pickly will ask for your consent before any personalised advertising is shown, using Google's User Messaging Platform. You can change your choice at any time from the app's Settings screen.
Purchasing the premium upgrade removes all advertising from the app.
Purchases
The premium upgrade is processed by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment details. Google's handling of that transaction is governed by the Google Play Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.
Children
Pickly is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any data from them.
Permissions
Pickly requests no Android runtime permissions. It requires internet access only to load advertisements and to process purchases.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
